A Moment of Silence

I wanted to take a moment, however brief, to acknowledge what is currently happening between Russia and Ukraine. My heart goes out to the people of Ukraine and those in Russia who did not ask for this war. I know that there isn't much that I can do, other than show support and let all of you who have been affected by this conflict know that this is a safe space, you are seen, heard and loved.

I offer a moment of silence for all of those who have been lost to this senseless war.
