Noodles & Couture uses Modalyst & Printful Drop Shipping to fulfill orders.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR SUPPLIERS DETERMINE OUR RETURN POLICY. SUPPLIERS DIFFER FROM OUR DROP SHIPPING SITES.

Modalyst Return Policy

*Return Policies for each supplier will be indicated on the product page. Return Policies for some suppliers may differ*

Modalyst suppliers* follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received. The supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Printful Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at their expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful's facility and Noodles & Couture will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Face masks, are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Returned by Customer - Please contact Noodles & Couture for any returns of items fulfilled by Printful. This includes our Be Wild Be Free Racerback shirt and leggins.
